The project proposes a series of strategies that respond sensitively to the context — from its historical occupations, geography, and climate as an interconnected ecosystem, to its contemporary condition and sociopolitical implications. The architectural proposal advocates the use of earth as a construction material, through a progressive structural system that generates light geometries, enhancing the existing elements and amplifying the natural landscape. The architecture envisioned for the museum is conceived to be built entirely from earth brick. By embracing an ancestral and timeless building technique, this material — thanks to its structural and thermal properties — aims to establish a gradual, locally produced construction system that minimizes environmental impact and allows for its natural reintegration into the hillside once its life cycle comes to an end.
