The Pelt Building Is A Project That Aims To Blend The Foundations Of Sustainability With The Production And Construction Processes Of An Architectural Project, With The Objective Of Obtaining Simbiosis Between The Natural Elements Of A Protected Ecosystem And The Dynamics Of Urbanization And Contemporary Commodities Of A Building.

Located In The Texcoco Ecological Park, The Project Aligns To A Global Strategy For A Cultural Ecology Infrastructure Where Nature, Culture And Infrastructure Interweave In Order To Offer A Quality Recreational Space With Efficient Design, Energetical Self-Conscience, Local Production, A Balanced Atmosphere And Excelent Craftmanship In Every Stage Of The Building Process, Thus Ensuring A Completely Adapted Architecture For A Preserved And Protected Ecosystem.

Paying Attention To Each Stage And Detail Of The Construction Process, Making Sure Of Its Efficiency And Guaranteeing The Necessary Maintenance And Management, The Project Will Make Place For A Treshold/Building That Will Serve As Public Infrastructure, Integrated Within Its Local Context With A True Urbanisitic Sense That Respects The Enviroment.
