Materia is a space that seeks to evoke a connection with nature, integrating itself in a respectful and regenerative way into its natural and cultural environment. Inspired by the principles of regenerative tourism, the project not only aims to minimize its environmental impact but also actively contributes to the revitalization of the landscape and local communities. The use of local and sustainable materials has been prioritized, such as white oak wood and limestone, along with passive natural lighting and ventilation strategies. Furthermore, collaboration with local communities and artisans is envisioned, fostering authentic and regenerative tourism experiences.
