The headquarters of the Northern Institute of Graphic Communication is an intervention project involving a historic mansion in the historic center of the city of Saltillo, Coahuila. The project consists of restoring the mansion, adapting it to new uses, and developing a new building, incorporating passive climate adaptation strategies to reduce energy consumption.
